RETURNS + REFUNDS + EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURNS

  • Only items purchased directly from coaforall.com are eligible for return.
  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging with product seals in tact.
  • Your item needs to be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products compromised during shipping are eligible for exchange.
  • We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  1. Please e-mail hello@coaforall.com, reference your order number and that you would like to request a refund or exchange so that we can share our Request for Return form.
  2. Include the completed Request for Return form with your order number, name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We suggest using a shipping service that offers insurance and tracking as coaforall.com is not responsible for lost returns.
  3. Ship Item(s) to:

  4. Upon receipt of your item, we will contact you to share that your item has been received and what the status of your refund or exchange is. If the return is approved, the refund should be processed within 72 hours. The time it takes to receive the credit on your card will depend on your card issuer's policies although the standard is 5 to 7 business days.
  5. Exchanges usually process within 7 to 10 business days from the date item is received and will be mailed via standard shipping service which ranges from 5 to 7 business days Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
