Yes! COA does not believe in animal cruelty and our products are 100% vegan.
ARE COA CONTAINERS RECYCLABLE?
Yes. All COA product packaging is recyclable. We understand the importance of recycling and in a effort to support consistent recycling, we would like to suggest a separate recycling container for bathroom spaces to assist in the collection and recycling of your personal care product containers.
CAN EVERYONE USE COA PRODUCTS?
Yes! COA products are ALL inclusive and have been successfully formulated to accommodate EVERYONE. That includes all skin types, hair types and textures. Hence the name, COA for ALL! If you have allergies, pre-existing medical conditions regarding your hair, scalp and/or skin, please consult with your medical provider prior to use. COA products were formulated with adults in mind and suggested use for children is age 5+.
ARE ALL COA PRODUCTS UNISEX?
Yes! All COA products are UNISEX and formulated for EVERYONE.
HOW DO COA DIGITAL GIFT CARDS WORK?
Our digital gift cards are issued via e-mail or text and are exclusively for purchases on the coaforall.com website to be applied at checkout. They do not expire and multiple cards may be applied to a purchase. However, once the card has a zero balance, it can not be reloaded. Unfortunately, we can not cancel the purchase of a digital gift card once it has been received as they are not returnable.
HOW DO PROMOTIONAL CODES WORK?
ALL promo/discount codes are available for a limited time only, while supplies last and must be applied PRIOR to your order being placed. Only one promo/discount code is allowed per order and they can not be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Promo/discount codes have no cash value and can not be applied after expiration.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail or text (data usage and rates may apply). This will include a tracking number from a major US carrier.
WHAT DO I DO IF I MY ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

COA is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please file a claim directly with the carrier and share your claim number with us via e-mail at email@example.com so that we may support in the recovery efforts.
